These den-like environments help dogs relax and sleep comfortably because they reduce outside distractions and create a consistent resting place. This instinct is why many dogs enjoy crate-like spaces or enclosed dog furniture.

3. Is Caniture A Dog Crate?

No. Caniture is designed as furniture first, with an integrated sanctuary for your dog. While it offers a secure resting space similar to a crate, the goal is to create harmony between your home’s design and your dog’s comfort.

5. How do I place an order?

You can order directly on our website. Simply visit the product page of your chosen item, select the quantity, and proceed to checkout. Your order is confirmed instantly upon successful payment.

 

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, iDEAL, and Klarna.
Payment is processed securely at checkout. For bank transfer options, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.

7. How does delivery work?

We arrange home delivery via trusted carriers. Once your handmade product is ready and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

8. What is the production and delivery time?

Each piece is handcrafted for you after ordering. Production typically takes up to 14 days for orders within the European Union. You will receive a timeline confirmation after your order is placed.

For deliveries outside the EU: delivery time may be slightly longer (up to 21 days) due to customs clearance and international shipping. We will keep you updated regularly.

9. Can I customize my order?

Customization is not available for individual retail orders, unless you are a B2B partner placing a significant quantity order. Our standard collection is designed to be both beautiful and highly functional.

10. Are the products exactly the same as the photos on the website?

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

• Slight differences in colour, texture, dimensions, or finish may occur between the product presented in the photographs on the Site and the final delivered product.

• These differences are not considered defects but proof of authenticity and craftsmanship.

• Each piece is unique.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these inherent characteristics of handmade products.

11. What is your return policy?

Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, returns or refunds for change of mind are not accepted. This is in accordance with EU regulations for personalised goods.

All items are covered by a legal warranty against manufacturing defects for two years from delivery.

12. Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide.

• Within the European Union: delivery costs are fixed and displayed at checkout.

• Outside the European Union: delivery costs are calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Please note: orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.​
